Section 133
Creditors and shareholders can complain
If any creditor or shareholder of the company feels that there is any irregularity in the liquidator's actions during the liquidation of the company in accordance with this paragraph, such creditor or shareholder can complain to the court within fifteen days of receiving information about such actions.
